This article aims to define the concept of marketing planning and it’s importance for every company, also for the company which activate on real estate market. On the housing market the product is very specific and has a lot of particularities in comparation with other goods existing on the market, that’s why it is very imortant to know how to plan the marketing activity in order to obtain the best results. We also will present the steps of marketing planning according to the company’s activities, and also the advantages and the disadvantages of marketing planning for the company
