The article provides the main factors in the formation of human resources in the context of European integration. An analysis was made of indicators of unemployment and employment, human potential and capital at the macrosystem level, as well as changes in the quality management system and approaches to human resource management at the microsystem level in the context of modernization of the Moldovan market and European integration.
