În acest articol sunt analizate datele conturilor naționale de sănătate din Republica Moldova, în perioada 2010-2021. Sistemul acestor conturi reprezintă un instrument de evaluare și monitorizare a sistemului de sănătate, precum și, în faza de analiză, a importanței cheltuielilor de sănătate, din perspectiva consumului în economie ca un tot întreg. Conturile naționale de sănătate oferă o descriere sistematică a fluxurilor financiare legate de consumul de bunuri și servicii de sănătate. Scopul prezentei lucrări este de a îmbunătăți performanța sistemului de sănătate, prin prisma analizei efectuate de autor, datelor recente incluse în conturile naționale de sănătate din Republica Moldova, și anume, a indicatorilor de nivel, dinamică și structură a acestora, pentru a scoate în evidență tendințele în evoluția cheltuielilor pentru sănătate. The system of the national health accounts is a tool for evaluating and monitoring the health system, as well as, in the analysis phase, of the importance of the health expenditures from the perspective of the economy consumption. The national health accounts provide a systematic description of the financial flows related to the health goods and services consumption. The purpose of this paper is to improve the performance of the health system from the perspective of the author’s analysis of the recent data of the national health accounts in the Republic of Moldova, namely, the indicators of their level, dynamics and structure, in order to highlight the health expenditure evolution trends.
