Economic entities must develop management models that provide solutions to questions like: How to design our system cost? What forms takes process efficiency? What are and how to manage the constraints? What is the optimal amount of stock every sort-type-size product? What is the most important delays? What part of the process reveals scrap? What are the performance indicators of productivity?
