Many production companies, distribution and trade does not address issues of productivity in terms of loss of business processes. Many of those does not develop business processes in terms of value perceived by the customer. Economic entities must develop management models that provide solutions to questions like: How to design our system cost? What forms takes process efficiency? What are and how to manage the constraints? What is the optimal amount of stock every sort-type-size product? What is the most important delays? What part of the process reveals scrap? What are the performance indicators of productivity?
