dc.descriptionThe purpose of the present paper is to analyze the relation between organizational culture and the levels of organizational commitment experienced by employees. Organizational culture refers to a series of values, attitudes and behaviors adopted by employees of a certain organization, which affect its function and total well-being. The review shows that contemporary organization-related phenomena like organizational commitment are related to their perceptions of their working environment, relations with colleagues, organization aims and strategies. The paper also gives a brief overview model proposes that organizational commitment is experienced by the employee as three simultaneous mindsets encompassing affective, normative, and continuance organizational commitment. The findings of research proved that organization culture is significant element which highly influences the employee commitment. JEL CLASSIFICATION: J24; M12; M14; O15
