| dc.description | The sustainability of entrepreneurship in the context of high uncertainty associated with full-scale wars requires revision at the substantive and methodological level. One of the effective ways to achieve the new sustainability is partnership, cooperation and interaction of business entities. These qualities are inherent in cluster communities, which have proven their viability in retrospect.
