The HRM's field of expertise involves permanently and effectively improving the work of managers and employees with the ultimate goal of unanimously meeting all the organizational goals advanced. Also the managers are obliged to assume those responsibilities regarding the specifics of each employee, because each employee is a person, personality and distinct personality. Respectively, the importance of determining and improving the academic performance of teacher’s staff and researchers is inevitable for higher education institutions and organizations in the field of science and innovation with an agronomic profile.
