dc.descriptionEntrepreneurial activity is one of the following institutions and an essential force for the development of the economy on the market of the Republic of Moldova, and the entrepreneur is the dominant subject of this activity. Entrepreneurial activity appeared at a certain stage of the company's development. Entrepreneurial activity means the production of production, the execution of works and the provision of services, carried out by citizens and their associations independently, on their own initiative, in their own name and at their own risk, under their patrimonial responsibility, in the purpose of ensuring a permanent source of income. As an entrepreneur, you can activate a natural or legal person. It is the state that regulates the entrepreneurial activity and subsidizes them (agriculture). In a modern industrialized country, the state is involved in all spheres of economic life. The instruments it uses in order to influence private economic activity can be divided into three broad categories: Taxes, Expenditures Regulations or Control Measures.
