dc.descriptionThe importance of this study is that the procurement process has a direct impact on the cost of manufactured liquid chemical products and the costs of the enterprise. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the process of procurement of raw materials in order to minimize total costs and reduce the cost of finished products. In this article, we used empirical research methods (observation, comparison, measurement) and theoretical research methods (analysis and synthesis). As a result of the analysis of ways to improve the procurement process, we achieved the goal of reducing the total costs of the enterprise at the procurement stage by replacing the supplier and the transportation method.
