dc.descriptionThis article addresses several groups of important issues for humans, society and security. The specification of the general content and the correlation between the concepts of economy, economics, economy of science, morals and morality -is one of these groups. The other one concerns the problems of the defense sector in general and of the Republic of Moldova in particular. The economy of science is called upon to draw and substantiate the evolutionary paths of military science and education, the necessary reforms in the field of defense and security, including the human resources complementary to the defense sector.
