The development of civilization in general and the economy in particular depend largely on technical and scientific progress, followed by the emergence and implementation of innovations. Innovations underpin the development of national economies. Entrepreneurship and innovation become interdependent elements of economic development. Innovations enable the creation and development of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship creates innovation. This article includes theoretical and practical aspects of the importance of innovation in the development of entrepreneurship. JEL: O1, O3, O11.
