Fiscal policy achieved through the manipulation of taxes and expenditure of the budget involves ensuring macroeconomic stability and maintaining a positive rhythm of economic development. Fiscal policy objectives can be achieved in terms of efficient use of each component of the its, fiscal mechanisms and/or government spending. In this context it is necessary to use the full potential of existing tax, by extending the taxable base, and not by the pressure of the entrepreneurs existing. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the role of budgetary expenditures in the development of the real sector of the national economy, but not at the expense of social orientation of the state budget.
