dc.descriptionCivil law is the branch of law that is facing the problems of society in the private sector every day and is looking for ways to solve them more effectively. Real guarantees are a lifeline that optimizes the activity in the civil field and increases the execution of contractual obligations without creating disputes between the parties, because when the debtor knows that he has a pledged asset he is stimulated to fulfill honestly and timely obligations to avoid deprived of that good. The purpose of this article is to familiarize the company with the term of real guarantees and to discuss the issue of the legal nature of the pledge.
