This study aims to answer the question “The future of accounting where?” by capturing some aspects regarding the training conditions of the accounting specialist on the faculty benches and his preparation for the integration on the labor market. The scientific approach was based on both a qualitative and a quantitative approach to the issues studied, and the methods of analysis were descriptive and comparative. The data source is the information obtained from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iași. JEL: M41; CZU: 657.01.
