dc.descriptionPatient rights are compatible and indispensably linked to consumer rights, as the patient is also a consumer, although more specifically but also are provided certain services, namely medical. The aim of the paper is to highlight the role and importance of the problems faced by patients in the delivery of medical services. The methods of systemic and analytical research have been applied to the subject. The work will have a positive impact on the regulation of relationships related to correct diagnosis of patients, administration of correct medication, and the application of necessary medical procedures.
