The analysis of financial profitability in the financial policy of the enterprise is a fundamental aspect of financial risk, which is of particular interest to shareholders.This article describes the essence of financial leverage as an indicator of financial risk assessment and the method of its calculation. Thus, the purpose of our analysis is to find the factors that influence the financial leverage effect. JEL: G32.
