This article is an analysis of the current state of the road traffic in the Republic of Moldova. In it we researched and analyzed what acts prohibited by the legislative norms in this field are committed in our country, what is their share in the last five years, what impact does it have on our society and who are the subjects of the facts and what categories of victims.
