The development of any country requires active participation from the youth; the role of youths is crucial. It does not matter which field we want to progress in, whether it is the technical field or sports field, youth is needed. This research is intended to outline the challenges that face students after graduating the university and to highlight the advantages and the benefits that can bring to the firms, to the business field and in general to the development of the economic system.
