dc.descriptionThis paper presents a theoretical-methodological foray into the changes in the management system of small and medium enterprises in the context of the pandemic crisis. The aim of the research is to identify changes in the management system of small and medium enterprises through the implementation of information technologies. In the paper, a special place was given to identifying the need to implement information technology in small and medium enterprises. At the same time, the most relevant information technologies to be implemented in small and medium-sized enterprises were identified in order to facilitate their adaptability in the context of the pandemic. Research methodology: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, scientific abstraction, qualitative research were used as methods. In conclusion, we can mention that the implementation of information technologies in small and medium enterprises has become a necessity of competitive enterprises that want to adapt more easily to the extremely difficult pandemic context.
