In this paper the author analyse the allocation of the budgeting resources to the Information and Communication Technology in Moldova, in particular to public authorities that develop and implement the public policies, and delivery of the public services by the state specialized enterprises, as well as the resources for implementation of the budgeting programs/subprograms. As a result of the research were identified the ways to improve the efficiency of budget allocation.
