In order to modernize and adapt the customs clearance techniques, the customs broker's institution replaces the process of passing the customs border and simplifies the procedure of performing formal and legal formalities. So, for exporters and importers, the customs broker is a key figure that facilitates integration into the global customs policy - a link to the efficiency and development of customs activity.
