This article reflects the view of the authors on the possibility of achieving a feasibility study as a conditioning tool of the investment environment quality and associated indicators for determining the efficiency and the benefits obtained from the implementation of the project. To achieve the prefeasibility and feasibility studies a volume of information is necessary that depends on the complexity of the projects. In basis of the analysis of international experience in domain, we consider that a feasibility study, regardless the structure and the domain of reference must be based on five areas of feasibility, unified by the TELOS logic. An important motivation for performing a feasibility study may be to develop a network of privileged partners in as many countries as interested. In the article it is argued the opportunity to use the COMFAR Model (Computer Model for Feasibility Analysis and Reporting) in Republic of Moldova as one of the most important sources used in performing of feasibility studies.
